- If there is no record found then set an online appointment.
- If your record found then update your personal data, contract, add beneficiaries.
- After that click on acquire OEC or exemption for online assessment.
- Now you need to enter reply date and then confirm if returning to same employer or jobsite.
- If you are returning to same employer then system will display a confirmation message indicating that you are exempted from securing OEC and payment of processing fees.

- Then login to your account if you already registered.
- After that, OEC desiccation message appear on screen.
- If your record does not match or not found then click on set an appointment.

- Now you can upload your photo in my profile section.
- Choose POEA branch where you want to process OEC.
- Now schedule the appointment.
